This Handbook is not intended to establish a contract and the University reserves the right to amend, modify, or change regulations, policies, and financial charges stated in this guide throughout the year. In such a case, the University will make reasonable efforts to notify the University community, in a timely manner, of any changes in policies and regulations. Notification shall be made via MyLMU, the University website, or to University issued email accounts as deemed appropriate. Revisions to the Code will not be applied retroactively. Conduct will be adjudicated based on the policies in place at the time of the offense.
